1934 PCGS MS66+ Washington Quarter

We are proud to offer a super gem example of the 1934 Washington Quarter, certified MS66+ by PCGS, and designated as the elusive “Light Motto” variety.

In 1934, two distinct motto styles were used on the quarter: Heavy Motto and Light Motto. The Light Motto variety, seen in the earliest strikes, displays a noticeably fainter impression of “IN GOD WE TRUST.” This difference is due to hub modifications early in the year, making Light Motto quarters far scarcer—particularly in gem grades.
