We want you to be happy with every purchase from Edgewood Coin. If something isn’t right, here is how returns work.
7-day return window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you instructions.
What can be returned
- Collectible coins, certified (graded) coins, paper currency, mint and proof sets, jewelry and supplies.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. Coins must come back in their original certified holder or in our sealed plastic flip. We cannot accept a coin that has been removed from its holder.
What cannot be returned
Bullion is final sale, because its price moves with the precious metals market. The one exception: if any item, including bullion, arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or give you a full refund.
Return shipping
We pay return shipping on approved returns. Once we confirm your return, we will send you shipping instructions. Please pack the item securely and do not write the word “coins” anywhere on the package.
Restocking fee
If you return an item because you changed your mind, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the item price may be deducted from your refund. There is never a restocking fee when an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price (less any restocking fee) to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
If an item you ordered has already sold through another of our sales channels, we will cancel that item and refund you in full.
