Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Carrier and delivery time
- Orders ship by USPS.
- Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders paid by personal check ship after the check clears, usually about 5 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.
- Shipping may be delayed when our store is closed for a holiday, a coin show or severe weather. We will post a notice on the website when we can.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Free shipping is sometimes offered during sales and will show at checkout when it applies. Applicable sales tax is also shown at checkout.
Insurance and signatures
- Every order shipped from our website is fully insured while in transit.
- Packages over $100 require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for packages left unattended or with a third party because of delivery instructions you gave the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
Please report any problem with a shipment within 7 days of delivery. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, we handle the insurance claim and will re-ship your item or refund you. We may ask for photos or other proof the carrier’s insurer requires.
